The project contains python scripts to post-process data from a 4D flow MRI sequence. The scripts sort individual dicom files appropriately, create VTI files, transform an STL files with the vessel segmentation and its centerline and imports the files into Paraview. The flow data are automatically processed and visualoyed. In Paraview, plots of flow rate in time and flow rate along the centerline are shown. An antialiasing algorithm is employed.
