[WIP] Optimized TraverserUserData in MeshFunctionEvaluator

This is probably not what the author intended. MeshFunctionEvaluator
should not be used directly, mesh functions should be evaluated only by
MeshFunction::operator= -- but it can't cache the evaluator instance
because it is a template method.
