Changes in configure.ac and Makefile.amS that allow to have simultanously builds with debug and MPI support.
Noe one can have all of the following builds (still in src dirs) at the same time:
1. no debug, no MPI
2. debug, no MPI
3. no debug, MPI
4. debug, MPI
