Replaced explicit algorithms for host in VectorOperations with general implementation · 7729b41c

According to benchmarks, there is practically no difference in
performance. Only explicit unrolling is helpful, but that has been
implemented for the general algorithm in Reduction::reduce as well.

Přidán parametr build scriptů --have-mic=yes, je podmíněný použitím icpc a vypíná CUDU (nastaví cuda=no než se začna cuda kontrolovat)
