Copyright headers for 2022 and forward

Jakub Klinkovský requested to merge JK/copyright-headers into develop

  1. Removed copyright headers from source files in Benchmarks, Examples, Tools and UnitTests. Copyright headers in these files are useless, since they are not distributed on the user's when they install TNL. They were also outdated and inconsistent.

  2. Replaced copyright headers in files under src/TNL/ with a simple and maintainable template. The old headers were hard to maintain, inconsistent and contained useless information.

  3. Updated year in the LICENSE file

  4. Added script for updating copyright headers in source files
